Thomas Otten is a Director and Founder of Otten Consulting. He has more than 15 years of experience in running and managing business in Ukraine, 20 years of experience in the field of financial management, business valuation, M&A transactions, taxation and controlling, which made him a recognized expert in finance.
Since 2010, has been a member of the German Advisory Group Ukraine, which regularly consults the government of Ukraine and the CIS countries in tax matters.
Independent member of the Supervisory Board of the banks “Procreditbank” and “Lviv”.
Proficient in German, English, Dutch and Russian.
Regularly receives invitations to make presentations at major international seminars in Europe organized by the Chambers of Commerce of Germany and Ukraine (Management Circle, ICC, etc.).
Graduate of the University of Cologne.
