At the end of 2012, our client, who opened a subsidiary in Ukraine, needed a comprehensive consultation on the issues of establishing accounting and management accounting, tax accounting and reporting systems, employment of staff members (including non-residents), fixed assets accounting, equipment import and many others. This need was partly related to the need to improve the qualifications of hired accounting personnel in these issues.
Until 2014, consultations were conducted with a visit to the client’s location in the Donetsk region, later — remotely. The experts of Otten Consulting regularly checked the accounting records and the correctness of the recording of transactions in the accounting until 2017, inclusive, before the submission of financial reporting. At the request of the financial department of the parent company, tax consultations and clarifications were provided on certain issues of financial activities and reporting in Ukraine.
