In 2011, the Austrian office of the company in Europe appealed to Otten Consulting for detailed consultation on several tax issues. The request was related to the company’s plans to establish a subsidiary in Ukraine.
After a detailed study of the issue, a trading company was established in Ukraine to work with large retail chains selling equipment.
Otten Consulting specialists:
organized the accounting and tax accounting of the company from scratch and keep them up to the present;
provide the company with the reporting specified in the legislation;
prepared the accounting policy of the company in accordance with international and corporate requirements;
developed a system for transforming the chart of accounts into an international corporate format with details and technical nuances of accounts, the approaches to accounting of which differed in Ukrainian and international standards, as well as taking into account the specifics of taxation in Ukraine;
organized the maintenance and entering of management accounting data in the SAP system, prepare monthly reports in the system;
established and supported for a long time the document flow with the company’s contractors (logistics company and customs brokers);
assisted in setting up the workflow and minimizing tax risks for warranty repairs.
At this time, the company in Ukraine has suspended trading operations, leaving only warranty service for previously sold goods. Otten Consulting specialists continue to provide services to the company, including providing the necessary information and advice.

The Site Administration is a person who owns the rights to administer the Site.
