In 2016, one of the foreign partners contacted us, who, along with other foreign and Ukrainian partners, began construction of a plant on the territory of Ukraine. Since there were suspicions that one of the Ukrainian partners, who took over the functions of the executive director, was conducting business dishonestly, Otten Consulting experts were instructed to check the existing documents and databases of the open companies.

Already from the results of the preliminary check, it became clear that the suspicions had a real background, a conspiracy was revealed with two hired employees. Suggestions how to proceed were provided including details concerning organizing accounting and controlling properly.
