In 2010, the client made a request when opening a subsidiary office in Ukraine. Otten Consulting experts participated in the development of the financial part of the business model, consulted on taxation issues, organized accounting in a fast-growing company that had a fairly high level of staff turnover due to the specifics of the work (factoring services and a call center).
After setting up record-keeping and maintaining the accounting and tax accounting of the company in the first year of development, Otten Consulting transferred the accounting to the in-house chief accountant hired by the client, continuing to provide consulting services at the client’s request.
