Deputy Director
Otten Consulting is a well-established consulting company that has been on the market for more than 10 years. The company provides services in the field of internal audit, forensic, due diligence, tax consulting, accounting and recruiting for foreign companies that run their business in Ukraine.
In addition, we work closely with various international organizations (such as the German Advisory Group) on issues of changing existing tax laws to make Ukraine more attractive to foreign investors.
In connection with the development of our activities, we are currently looking for a Deputy Director.
Main responsibilities:
- Customer relationship management.
- Supervision and quality control in consulting / controlling / compliance.
- Maintenance and expansion of the existing network.
- Business development and implementation of marketing and sales plans.
- Preparation of quotes, monitoring of pricing policy.
- Performing other related duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics, Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years as a consultant in the field of taxation, accounting, finance in the environment of small and medium-sized businesses and 7+ years of general experience as a specialist in accounting / finance, including personnel management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Knowledge of German will be a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong team player, ready to help where it is needed to support the financial / accounting team.
