diligence on behalf of UAGRO-Beteiligungs-GmbH for an 8000ha company as a potential purchase object.<\/h5><h5>Due to the results of the audit, the client rejected to purchase the object because of legal issues, considerable tax risks, unrecognized liabilities and doubtful debts in receivables.<\/h5><h5>In 2017, a request was received to check the correctness of the VAT assessment.<\/h5><h5>Otten Consulting prepared a professional detailed consultation, which enabled the company to get an accurate overview of the correctness of VAT calculation and prevent the assessment of penalties by the fiscal
